The owners have spent ten years lovingly cultivating the grounds. There are three distinct types of gardens. First is the organic vegetable garden, close to the house. It is built up in rendered terraces - attractive as well as functional. The second garden surrounds the house and is enclosed within a protective fence shielding it from the numerous potoroos, wallabies and wildlide surrounding the parklike grounds. This inner garden has an inbuilt irrigation system and consists of stone walkways, rock walls, sculptures, waterfalls and pools.

The outside garden is landscaped parkland and consists of about 15 of the total 70 acres. The 70 acres is aerial only and the actual land area is much more. It includes an organic fruit orchard of many varieties - avocados, citrus, coffee, apple, pear and custard apple to name a few.

There is a large field of fern trees and a 40M2 shed fully equipped with every tool and garden utensil plus two tractors. Beyond this tended ground are the many acres of tropical rainforest and natural bush - untouched and prefectly balanced as it has been for millenium.
